Apex Digital Systems is seeking a driven Software Engineering Intern for our Summer/Fall cohort in Tampa, FL. Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test high-quality software solutions using Python, JavaScript, and React.
- Participate actively in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and code review sessions.
- Debug complex production issues and optimize application performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define and implement new features.
- Document code changes and technical architecture for future maintenance and team onboarding.
- Engage in technical mentoring and learning sessions with senior engineers.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
- Familiarity with Git version control, RESTful APIs, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced agile environment.
- Availability to start between May and August for a minimum 12-week commitment.
