Responsibilities
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in Python, Java, or JavaScript under the guidance of senior developers.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from design and coding to testing and deployment.
- Debug and resolve technical issues in existing applications to improve stability and performance.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Contribute to documentation, including API specs and technical blogs.
- Attend daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and code review sessions.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions to the team.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming principles.
- Familiarity with at least one major programming language (Python, Java, C++, or Go).
- Basic knowledge of web development (HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks like React or Vue).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Must be available to work 20-30 hours per week during the Summer or Fall semester.
