Responsibilities
- Assist senior engineers in developing, testing, and deploying high-quality software solutions.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies to support team goals.
- Conduct research and analysis to support ongoing projects and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Marketing) to ensure seamless project execution.
- Identify areas for process improvement and suggest innovative solutions to complex problems.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code under supervision.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program (Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred).
- Strong willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of web development concepts (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work 20-30 hours per week during the Summer/Fall semester.
- A passion for problem-solving and a curious mindset.
