Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test software applications using modern programming languages.
- Assist in debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing existing codebases to ensure high performance and scalability.
- Participate in code reviews and agile ceremonies (sprints, stand-ups) to maintain development standards.
- Conduct research and analysis to propose innovative solutions for complex technical challenges.
- Document technical requirements, processes, and code comments for future maintenance.
- Support the deployment of applications to cloud environments and monitor system health.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong foundational knowledge of at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C++, JavaScript).
- Familiarity with software development tools and version control systems (e.g., Git, GitHub).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude towards learning new technologies.
- Availability to start in Summer or Fall 2023.
