Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React.js and Node.js
- Write clean, efficient code following industry best practices and SOLID principles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Jira and Git workflows
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Debug and optimize existing codebases for performance improvements
- Create technical documentation and API specifications
- Contribute to open-source projects aligned with our tech stack
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (graduating 2024/2025)
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and one backend language (Python/Java/Go)
- Experience with RESTful APIs and database systems (SQL/NoSQL)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) or containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Problem-solving skills demonstrated through personal projects or hackathons
- Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in team settings
- Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
