Responsibilities
- Assist the development team in debugging and resolving issues during weekend maintenance windows.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of new software features.
- Write clean, well-documented code and perform unit testing.
- Participate in code reviews and sprint planning meetings.
- Update technical documentation and project wikis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system performance.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of at least one programming language (Python, Java, C++, JavaScript, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation to the office in downtown Cleveland.
- Ability to commit to weekend availability (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Excellent communication skills.
