Responsibilities
- Feature Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software components using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborative Engineering: Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and pair programming sessions.
- Code Quality Assurance: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code while adhering to our strict coding standards.
- System Optimization: Analyze existing codebases to identify bottlenecks and implement performance improvements.
- Debugging & Troubleshooting: Debug complex issues in development and staging environments to ensure seamless deployment.
- Technical Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation for APIs, architecture, and user manuals.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Java, JavaScript, or C#. Experience with React or Node.js is a plus.
- Database Knowledge: Solid understanding of SQL and relational database management.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to deconstruct complex problems into manageable solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time (40 hours/week) for the duration of the internship.
