Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain code: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code for web and mobile applications under the guidance of senior developers.
- Collaborate on features: Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning to contribute to feature development and bug fixes.
- Conduct code reviews: Review peer code to ensure quality standards, security best practices, and adherence to coding standards.
- Debug and troubleshoot: Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs reported by QA teams or end-users.
- Support testing: Assist in creating unit and integration tests to ensure software reliability and stability.
- Learn new technologies: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and assist in evaluating new tools and frameworks for potential adoption.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (must be graduating after December 2024).
- Programming Skills: Proficiency in at least one major programming language such as Python, Java, C#, or JavaScript.
- Web Technologies: Familiarity with front-end frameworks (React, Vue, Angular) or back-end technologies (Node.js, Django).
- Database Knowledge: Basic understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to break down complex problems into manageable components.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
