Responsibilities
- Assist in the full software development lifecycle: Participate in coding, testing, debugging, and deployment of applications.
- Conduct code reviews: Review peer code and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality.
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including API documentation and user manuals.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with designers, product managers, and QA engineers to deliver top-tier products.
- Market Analysis: Assist in researching emerging technologies and industry trends to provide innovative solutions.
- Agile Processes: Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Academic Standing: Must have a minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#).
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills.
- Availability: Must be available to work 20-30 hours per week.
- Location: Must reside in or willing to commute to Columbus, OH, or North Carolina.
