Responsibilities
- Development Support: Assist senior engineers in designing, coding, and testing high-quality software solutions for client projects.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and other developers to define feature requirements.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, participating actively in code reviews and best practices discussions.
- Debugging: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and bugs in a collaborative Agile environment.
- Documentation: Maintain technical documentation and contribute to internal knowledge bases.
- Innovation: Research and propose new tools or methodologies to improve team efficiency and product quality.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, C++). Familiarity with SQL and web frameworks is a plus.
- Tools: Understanding of version control systems (Git) and software development life cycles (SDLC).
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
- Availability: Must be available to start immediately (Summer/Fall 2024) and commit to a full-time schedule.
