Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior engineers to design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and code reviews to ensure code quality.
- Assist in debugging and troubleshooting existing codebases to improve system performance.
- Engage with cross-functional teams including product managers and designers to define feature requirements.
- Conduct research and provide technical recommendations for new features and tools.
- Contribute to the documentation of technical architecture and API specifications.
Qualifications
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming principles.
- Familiarity with at least one modern programming language and web technologies (React, Node.js, or Python).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Available to start in Summer or Fall 2024.
