Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, development, and testing of software applications under the guidance of senior developers.
- Participate in agile development ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Debug and resolve software defects using modern debugging tools and version control systems (Git).
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
- Contribute to the technical documentation and architecture diagrams of new features.
- Engage in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong understanding of at least one programming language such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or C++.
- Familiarity with web development frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue) is a plus.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Availability to work a full-time schedule (35-40 hours per week) during Summer/Fall terms.
