Responsibilities
- Development Support: Assist the engineering team in designing, coding, and testing software applications and systems.
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Debugging & Maintenance: Participate in troubleshooting and debugging existing code to ensure system stability and performance.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, product, QA) during sprint planning, stand-ups, and code reviews.
- Documentation: Create technical documentation and user guides to facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.
- Testing: Execute unit tests and participate in QA processes to identify and resolve defects.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Programming Skills: Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C++, JavaScript).
- Web Technologies: Basic understanding of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Database Knowledge: Familiarity with SQL and database management concepts is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
- Availability: Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, including some weekends if needed.
