Responsibilities
- Collaborate: Work closely with senior engineers and product managers to design and implement high-quality software solutions.
- Develop: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in Python, JavaScript, or Java under supervision.
- Test: Participate in unit testing, integration testing, and debugging to ensure product stability and performance.
- Document: Maintain clear and concise technical documentation for all developed features and processes.
- Iterate: Contribute to agile sprints and participate in daily stand-ups to track progress and align with team goals.
- Learn: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices through internal training and tech talks.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
- Programming: Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript).
- Tools: Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and development tools (IDEs like VS Code or IntelliJ).
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude.
- Location: Must be available to work on-site in Tampa, FL or remotely within the US.
