What you'll do:
As a Software Engineering Intern, you will collaborate with our engineering teams to design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions. You will be exposed to modern development practices, cloud infrastructure, and agile methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test software components according to detailed specifications.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to ensure code quality.
- Debug and resolve software issues to ensure application stability and performance.
- Document technical processes and maintain technical documentation.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices within the engineering domain.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong foundation in at least one programming language (Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, etc.).
- Experience with web technologies (React, Angular, Node.js) is a plus.
- Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a passion for clean code.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Must be available to start between Summer 2024 and Fall 2024.
