The Role:
You will be responsible for assisting our engineering team in developing, testing, and deploying high-quality software. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience with modern development methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Java.
- Debug and resolve technical issues in existing applications and systems.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Conduct research and stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Assist in the maintenance and optimization of database systems and APIs.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript preferred).
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and agile development methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and able to work on-site in San Francisco.
