As we expand our development team, we are seeking a motivated Software Engineering Intern to join us for our upcoming Summer or Fall cohort. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior developers to design, code, and test software modules using modern technologies.
- Participate in agile development ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Debug and troubleshoot existing codebases to improve system stability and performance.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code in Python, JavaScript, or Java.
- Assist in the creation of technical documentation and API specifications.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Engage in research and proof-of-concept development for new feature implementations.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong foundational knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
- Experience with at least one major programming language (Python, JavaScript, Java, or C++).
- Familiarity with web development frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week during the internship term.
