Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality software code for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Participate in agile development ceremonies, including daily stand-ups and sprint planning.
- Write unit tests and perform code reviews to ensure software quality and stability.
- Debug and resolve technical issues efficiently within the development lifecycle.
- Document technical specifications and contribute to the engineering knowledge base.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Demonstrated proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, or C++).
- Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
- Familiarity with databases (SQL or NoSQL) and version control systems (Git).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week on-site in Minneapolis.
