Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior engineers to design, develop, and test software applications using modern technologies.
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile daily stand-ups to ensure project milestones are met.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Debug and troubleshoot existing software issues to improve system performance and stability.
- Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge-sharing sessions within the team.
- Assist in the deployment of software updates and monitoring system health.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Demonstrated knowledge of at least one programming language (Python, Java, C++, or Go preferred).
- Familiarity with web development frameworks (React, Angular, or Node.js) is a strong plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Availability to start between May and August 2024 (Summer) or September 2024 (Fall).
