Responsibilities
- Assist the development team in designing, coding, and testing high-quality software applications using modern frameworks.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Debug and troubleshoot existing codebases to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Document technical requirements, architecture, and changes to ensure clear communication across the team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers and designers to deliver features on time.
- Contribute to technical documentation and internal knowledge base articles.
- Engage in continuous learning opportunities, workshops, and tech talks hosted by senior engineers.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Basic understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, C#).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willingness to relocate or commute to our San Antonio office for hybrid work arrangements.
