Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior engineers and product managers to design, develop, and test software features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Debug and troubleshoot existing codebases to improve system performance and stability.
- Contribute to technical documentation and API specifications.
- Engage in peer code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming principles.
- Familiarity with at least one major programming language (Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript) and its associated frameworks.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git and knowledge of CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Availability to start immediately or during the Summer/Fall 2024 semester.
