Responsibilities
- Development: Assist in the design, coding, and testing of software applications and web platforms.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define requirements and deliver high-quality features.
- Debugging: Identify, diagnose, and resolve software defects and performance issues.
- Documentation: Write clear, concise, and maintainable code documentation and technical specifications.
- Testing: Participate in unit testing, integration testing, and quality assurance processes.
- Agile Participation: Contribute to daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Programming Skills: Basic knowledge of at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C++, JavaScript, or .NET).
- Tools: Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and IDEs (IntelliJ, VS Code).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical problems.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Availability: Ability to commit to a 12-week internship program starting in Summer or Fall.
