Responsibilities
- Assist the engineering team in designing, coding, and testing software solutions for client projects.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning meetings to track progress and discuss technical blockers.
- Conduct code reviews and write unit tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
- Debug and resolve technical issues reported by QA or end-users in a timely manner.
- Document technical specifications and architectural decisions to support team knowledge sharing.
- Research and prototype new technologies or frameworks that could benefit our product suite.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers and designers.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong foundation in at least one programming language such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or C#.
- Familiarity with web development frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Node.js) is a plus but not required.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn new tools and technologies quickly.
- Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week during the summer months.
