Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior engineers and product managers to design, develop, and test software solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, and scalable code in Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and code reviews to ensure high-quality standards.
- Debug and resolve technical issues in production and non-production environments.
- Contribute to documentation and technical specifications for new features.
- Engage in team-building activities and company-wide events.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Demonstrated proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C++, JavaScript).
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to the Columbus office for onboarding and team events.
