Responsibilities
- Development: Write, test, and debug code in Python, Java, or JavaScript under the guidance of senior developers.
- Agile Collaboration: Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Problem Solving: Analyze technical requirements and contribute to the design and implementation of scalable software solutions.
- Testing & QA: Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure product reliability.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation, API specs, and technical diagrams.
- Deployment: Assist in the deployment of applications to cloud environments (AWS/Azure).
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming concepts.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C#).
- Tools: Familiarity with Git version control, SQL databases, and RESTful APIs.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time for the Summer and/or Fall semester starting in 2024.
