Apex Digital Innovations is seeking a talented Summer Intern to join our dynamic engineering team in Oklahoma City. We are looking for candidates interested in starting their full-time journey with us this Summer or Fall.
As a Summer Intern, you will work directly with senior engineers, participate in agile ceremonies, and contribute to real-world projects that impact millions of users. You will receive mentorship from industry experts and have the chance to present your work to leadership.
Responsibilities
- Develop & Test: Write clean, efficient, and scalable code for web and mobile applications under the guidance of senior developers.
- Collaborate: Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and code reviews within an agile development environment.
- Debug: Troubleshoot and resolve software defects to ensure high-quality product delivery.
- Documentation: Create technical documentation, API specifications, and user guides to support team operations.
- Learning: Attend internal tech talks and workshops to stay updated on the latest industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (graduating December 2024 or later).
- Experience: Basic understanding of at least one programming language (Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, etc.).
- Skills: Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and software development life cycles.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
- Passion: A genuine enthusiasm for technology and a desire to learn and grow in a professional setting.
