Responsibilities
- Assist in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code under the guidance of senior developers.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and code review sessions.
- Debug and troubleshoot software issues to ensure high-quality system performance.
- Conduct research and testing on new technologies and frameworks to improve existing systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, Product, and Design.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong foundation in programming logic and data structures.
- Familiarity with at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, C++).
- Eagerness to learn, adapt to new technologies, and work in a collaborative environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to commute to our Charlotte office (Hybrid work model available).
