- Define and execute the long-term 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical strategy with business objectives.
- Lead the research and development of emerging technologies, including AI, Quantum Computing, and Advanced Web3 infrastructures.
- Oversee architectural governance to ensure system scalability, security, and high availability.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to translate complex data into actionable strategic insights.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify technological gaps and opportunities for competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field (MBA preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a strategic leadership role.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of designing technology roadmaps for 5+ year horizons.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of cloud architectures (AWS/Azure), microservices, and AI integration.
- Leadership: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with innovative solutions.
