Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with business strategy and market demands.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, 6G) to forecast their impact on our products.
- Lead cross-functional workshops with product, engineering, and design teams to translate high-level vision into actionable technical strategies.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with long-term technology adoption and infrastructure scaling.
- Collaborate with external partners and vendors to secure cutting-edge solutions for the 2026 vision.
- Present complex technical strategies to executive stakeholders and board members with clarity and confidence.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of our long-term tech initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technical architecture.
- Proven track record of leading technology roadmaps for enterprise-level organizations.
- Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity trends, and software development lifecycles.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of influencing senior leadership.
- Experience with AI/ML strategy and digital transformation projects.
