Responsibilities
- Define and execute a comprehensive AI strategy roadmap aligned with company goals for the 2026 fiscal year.
- Oversee the deployment and scaling of machine learning models and natural language processing tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teamsâincluding engineering, product, and legalâto ensure ethical AI standards are met.
- Identify emerging AI technologies and assess their potential impact on business operations.
- Manage vendor relationships and evaluate AI solution providers for optimal ROI.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of AI initiatives.
- Mentor a team of data scientists and AI engineers to foster a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in technology management, with at least 3 years specifically in AI operations or strategy.
- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, NLP, and predictive analytics.
- Strong project management skills with experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing senior leadership.
