Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the 2026 Strategic Roadmap, aligning company goals with future market trends.
- Analyze macro-economic indicators and technological advancements to forecast industry shifts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing) to ensure strategic alignment.
- Identify and evaluate high-potential acquisition or partnership opportunities for long-term growth.
- Present strategic proposals to the Board of Directors and executive stakeholders with clear ROI projections.
- Oversee the transition of legacy systems to future-proof architectures.
- Drive organizational culture change to support rapid innovation and agility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Strategy, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or executive leadership.
- Proven track record of successfully defining and executing long-term (5-10 year) strategic visions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market intelligence.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership.
- Experience in the Technology or Financial Services sector is highly desirable.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and lead change initiatives in a dynamic environment.
