Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop and articulate a comprehensive 3-year AI strategy aligned with the company's vision for 2026, identifying emerging trends in machine learning and automation.
- Technology Leadership: Evaluate and select proprietary technologies, open-source frameworks, and third-party vendors to build a robust AI ecosystem.
- Agentic AI Development: Oversee the research and deployment of autonomous agents capable of complex decision-making and workflow automation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, engineering, and legal teams to ensure AI solutions are secure, scalable, and compliant with evolving regulations.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce internal guidelines to ensure fairness, transparency, and accountability in all AI deployments.
- Talent Acquisition & Mentorship: Build and lead a high-performing AI research and development team, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role focusing on AI/ML strategy.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and MLOps pipelines.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of translating abstract future technologies into viable business strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading diverse, high-performance engineering teams.
