Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, climate tech, demographic shifts) and translate insights into actionable strategic frameworks
- Develop 5-year scenario models for emerging markets and disruptive technologies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on future-facing priorities
- Produce forward-looking reports and predictive analytics for executive decision-making
- Identify partnership opportunities with startups and research institutions
- Advise product development teams on future-proofing innovations
- Represent the company at global foresight conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or innovation roles
- Proven experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurist publications or journals
- Strong network with futurist communities and research institutions
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
