Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging technologies and market opportunities with 3-5 year impact horizons
- Produce executive-level strategic whitepapers and predictive briefings on disruptive forces affecting our industry
- Partner with R&D and product teams to integrate future-focused innovations into development roadmaps
- Establish quantitative KPIs to track strategic initiatives' alignment with 2026 objectives
- Represent the organization at global foresight forums and maintain thought leadership through industry publications
- Build and mentor a high-performing foresight team to institutionalize future-thinking capabilities
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field required
- Exceptional data visualization skills with proficiency in tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Experience facilitating C-level strategy sessions and translating complex insights into executable plans
- Published thought leadership in foresight or innovation domains
- Deep understanding of geopolitical, economic, and technological megatrends through 2030
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
