- Author thought leadership publications on future-of-work implications
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Build and mentor a global network of futurist researchers
- Present findings at industry summits and TED-style conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analysis or scenario-planning projects
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Proficiency in futures research methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex concepts
- Experience with AI/ML predictive modeling tools
