- Produce horizon scanning reports on exponential technologies and societal shifts
- Design ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems and quantum computing
- Present future-state roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Curate annual FutureTech Summit with industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic planning with exponential technology exposure
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, causal layered analysis)
- Published research on AI ethics or sustainable tech adoption
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Kumu, Causal Mapping)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-state implementations
