- Establish KPIs and metrics for future-readiness across all business units

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, futures research, or innovation leadership within tech/consulting
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic frameworks with measurable outcomes
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum, sustainable systems)
- Exceptional data synthesis and storytelling abilities translating complex insights into compelling narratives
- Certification in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent advanced degree preferred
