Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic shifts to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop and publish forward-looking strategic frameworks and innovation roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision and priorities
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate emerging technologies for 2026 adoption
- Author high-impact thought leadership reports and executive briefings
- Establish KPIs to track future-readiness and strategic progress
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into executable business strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences and diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 3-5 year strategic foresight projects
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) strongly preferred
