- Deliver quarterly innovation KPIs and ROI analysis to C-suite stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of launching 3+ market-disrupting products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, generative AI, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Innovation
- Certification in Innovation Management (e.g., PDMA, CII)
- Experience securing $10M+ innovation budgets and managing P&L for R&D
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020-2025 tech commercialization success stories
