- Develop strategic partnerships with startups, academia, and innovation labs
- Present foresight frameworks to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-oriented methodologies
- Quantify innovation ROI through data-driven scenario modeling
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist roles
- Proven track record developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Foresight methodologies preferred
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Experience launching minimum viable futures (MVF) products/services
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Strategic Foresight
- Portfolio demonstrating future-back innovation projects
