Responsibilities
- Horizon Scanning: Conduct in-depth analysis of global economic, technological, and social trends to identify opportunities and threats for the 2026 timeframe.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop and maintain the corporate long-term strategic plan, translating vision into actionable milestones and KPIs.
- Scenario Planning: Design and facilitate workshops to explore multiple future scenarios, ensuring business resilience across different market conditions.
- Competitive Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities and market shifts to recommend agile strategic pivots.
- Executive Collaboration: Partner with department heads to align functional strategies with the overarching corporate vision.
- Reporting & Forecasting: Create executive-level presentations and reports detailing strategic progress and projected outcomes for 2026.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Strategy, or a related field; Master’s degree (MBA) preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 7+ years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or corporate strategy.
- Forecasting Expertise: Proven track record of developing future-state models and long-term roadmaps (5-10 year horizon).
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to synthesize complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex strategies to diverse audiences, from technical teams to the C-Suite.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and managing strategic initiatives from inception to execution.
