- Oversee the architecture of scalable, high-performance web and mobile applications using modern cloud-native stacks.
- Identify emerging tech trends (Web3, Quantum Readiness, GenAI) and assess their viability for immediate implementation.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the engineering department.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, technical leadership, and strategic planning.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives in high-growth environments.
- Expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of AI/LLM implementation strategies and ethical AI governance.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
