Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing team with daily social media management and content creation for platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Manage customer inquiries and support tickets via email and live chat to ensure excellent service.
- Update and maintain internal databases, project tracking spreadsheets, and CRM records.
- Support the sales department with administrative tasks, data entry, and lead generation activities.
- Attend weekly team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions to help shape upcoming campaigns.
- Collaborate with senior staff on special projects and report on weekly progress.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or Graduate degree program in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Available to work 15-25 hours per week, with potential for full-time conversion upon graduation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing concepts is preferred.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently.
