Responsibilities
- Assist the IT and Operations teams in daily technical troubleshooting and system maintenance.
- Conduct market research and data analysis to support strategic decision-making initiatives.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure deliverables are met within scope and budget.
- Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and training workshops.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program at an accredited college or university.
- Must have completed at least one year of college coursework and be eligible for summer employment.
- Strong interest in Information Technology, Business Operations, or Marketing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic computer literacy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
