Responsibilities
- Assist the IT department with troubleshooting hardware and software issues for internal employees.
- Conduct market research and data analysis to support marketing strategies and business development.

Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program (Freshman to Senior year) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in technology or business operations.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
