Responsibilities
- Code Development: Write clean, efficient, and scalable code in Python and JavaScript under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Collaboration: Participate in daily stand-ups, code reviews, and sprint planning to ensure project milestones are met.
- Testing & Debugging: Assist in the testing and debugging of software applications to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Documentation: Maintain technical documentation and contribute to the team's internal knowledge base.
- Research: Stay updated on emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions to complex technical challenges.
- Project Support: Support the deployment of new features and maintenance of existing systems.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Academic Performance: A minimum GPA of 3.0 is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; familiarity with SQL or NoSQL databases is a plus.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time (40 hours/week) during the summer months.
- Passion: Demonstrated enthusiasm for learning new technologies and working in a fast-paced environment.
