Responsibilities
- Development: Write clean, efficient, and scalable code for web and mobile applications under the guidance of senior developers.
- Collaboration: Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and code reviews to ensure project milestones are met.
- Testing & QA: Assist in unit testing, integration testing, and debugging to maintain high software quality standards.
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, API specs, and user guides.
- Research: Stay current with emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions to existing problems.
- Deployment: Support the CI/CD pipeline and help deploy applications to cloud environments.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Programming: Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Java, JavaScript, or C++).
- Concepts: Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
- Tools: Familiarity with version control (Git) and agile development methodologies.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, critical thinking, and strong communication skills.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time (35-40 hours/week) for the duration of the summer (May - August).
