As a Summer Intern, you won't just be making coffee runs. You will be integrated into our development teams, working on projects that impact millions of users.
Responsibilities
- Development Support: Assist the engineering team in designing, coding, and testing new features for our proprietary software platforms.
- Code Review: Participate in daily code reviews and contribute to the overall codebase quality and best practices.
- Debugging: Identify, isolate, and resolve software defects and performance bottlenecks in a collaborative environment.
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including API documentation and user guides.
- Collaboration: Engage in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Java, or C++) and familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
- Teamwork: Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Ethics: A strong sense of integrity and a passion for learning new technologies.
