Responsibilities
- Design & Develop: Collaborate with senior engineers to design, develop, and test software solutions that solve complex business problems.
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Agile Workflow: Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and code reviews within an Agile development environment.
- Troubleshooting: Debug and resolve technical issues in existing codebases and assist in the deployment of new features.
- Documentation: Create technical documentation, API specifications, and user guides to ensure knowledge transfer.
- Innovation: Contribute creative ideas to improve system architecture and user experience.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Programming Skills: Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, C++, Python, JavaScript, etc.).
- Knowledge Base: Familiarity with software development methodologies and version control systems (Git).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a logical approach to debugging.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time (40 hours/week) during the summer and fall seasons.
