Responsibilities
- Assist in full-stack development of mobile applications using React Native and Node.js
- Conduct user research and usability testing to refine product features
- Support data analysis initiatives using SQL and Python for performance metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement agile sprints
- Document technical specifications and contribute to API documentation
- Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint retrospectives
- Develop responsive UI components following Material Design principles
- Optimize application performance using modern debugging tools
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 (React proficiency a plus)
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git/GitHub)
- Basic understanding of RESTful APIs and database concepts
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in collaborative team environments
- Enrollment in accredited NYC-area university (or willingness to relocate)
- Authorized to work in the United States for the duration of the internship
